After being admitted to the hospital for three hours, Tony and Alpha were discharged. Looks like a case of Braxton-Hicks came upon the mother-to-be. Zion has decided to hang in mama's belly a wee bit longer. Alpha, on the other hand is ready to see him into this world. She's begun executing the advice of other mothers and has started a vigilant routine of taking long walks with Tony. I suggested squats after a woman at the gym said her friend went into labor after a few sets. I guess it might be a bit difficult with the size of Alpha's belly at this point.
At this point, the only truth is Zion's got the conch.
